We try our best to make our training not only fun and engaging for the dog, but also for the people. We believe in
building relationships with both human and canine members of agility teams. After all, we all see each other
almost every weekend! Here's what some of our students say about working with Alison and Mike:

Our private lessons with Alison have allowed us to successfully tackle some of our tough challenges
as well as strengthening some of the basics. Ali has such patience with Nicky and
even more patience with ME! She is always positive in her approach and really shares
her enthusiasm for the sport. She takes the time to explain the rationale behind
the 'whys' and 'hows' which is so important for me to understand as a novice handler.
While my Nicky is a smart boy, I know we would not be at the level we are in agility
nor would his skills be so sound without Alison’s coaching. I often get compliments
on Nicky’s good behavior when out in public; and, while this certainly makes me
proud, I know it would not be possible without dedicated trainers such as Ali on
our team." - K. Lynn

Alison worked with my fearful dog, Sammie, twice a week at Day School for almost a year. He started as a six-month-old pup terrified of
everything. Alison took him under her wing and helped him work through his fears and learn to be brave in all sorts of different circumstances.
She also gave him an agility training session each day which worked wonders in building his confidence as well as his skills. Today he is a
fast, enthusiastic little agility dog. A large part of that is due to Alison, her foundation work, her patience and her own enthusiasm for
the sport. Best of all, Alison approached all of her training with obvious and genuine affection for Sammie. With her help, he's maturing
into such a great little guy who I can take anywhere. We love Alison!"

"I have taken two agility classes taught by Mike. He is an excellent teacher who tailors his teaching method to the
learning style that works best for his students, both human and canine. This is a skill that translates to situations
that go beyond dog agility classes. He brings a positive, encouraging attitude that I appreciated. I’d gladly take a
class from him or work with him in the future" - Andy
"Mike is a skilled and professional dog trainer who makes sure that his students, human and canine, have a great learning
experience. His teaching methods make the class fun and the lessons are easy to understand and put into practice. The fact
that each dog is treated as an individual with attention given to his/her particular breed enhances the training. When faced
with a seemingly insurmountable problem, Mike provided insightful suggestions. His love of dogs is apparent and they return the affection!" - Pamela
